QUESTION:  Do you accept credit cards?

ANSWER: Yes, we accept Visa, Master card, Discover and American Express.

 

QUESTION:  How long does it take to get a container delivered or picked up?

ANSWER:  No longer than 24 hours, in most cases much sooner.

 

QUESTION:  What items may I place in the container?

ANSWER:  Containers are designed of all types of debris with the exception of hazardous materials.  However, there are limitations on weight, so if you are planning on disposing of concrete, dirt or other heavy items, please mention that at the time you order to avoid problems at the time of pick up.

 

QUESTION:  What are the different container sizes?

ANSWER:  20, 30 and 40 yard containers.

 

QUESTION:  IS the price going to be the same if I order 1 container or several containers?

ANSWER:   There are several factors which help determine the cost.  Please provide us with as much information as possible when you speak to our representative or contact us through the web site.

 

QUESTION:  What areas do you service?

ANSWER: Within a 100 mile radius of Montgomery, Alabama.

 

QUESTION:  How high can I fill the containers?

ANSWER:  Based on the fact that all containers, by law, must be tarped in order to transport them to the landfill, we ask that the containers are not filled higher than the sides to avoid delays at the time of pick up.  Should there be too much in the container, we will have to ask for it to be removed prior to hauling it away.

 

QUESTION:  Do you deliver and / or pick up on the weekends?

ANSWER: Delivery and pick up is available Monday through Saturday.

 

QUESTION:  Where can you place the containers?

ANSWER:  Roll-off containers can be placed on any level ground, given enough maneuvering space for the truck and container.

 

QUESTION:  How do I pay for the roll-off containers, will you bill me?

ANSWER:  We accept credit cards, some payments are due upon delivery of roll-off containers but if approved for credit you can be invoiced on a haul basis.

 

QUESTION:  If I need a second container, will you bring an empty container when you pick up  the full container, or do you need to take the full one, empty it , the bring it back?

ANSWER:  In most cases we will try to bring an empty container with us so that there is no down time for your project.  However, sometimes there may be a need to empty your full container and return it empty.
